By combining my coaching experience with conversations around running, work, and life we’ll craft a training plan to set you up for success. Your training plan will be broken down into small manageable segments that will prepare you for the next challenge.
I’ll be there throughout the training to hold you accountable, encourage you, and remind you of your goals. Feedback on how you feel throughout the training will help me make adjustments to the training plan as needed. When it comes to race day, we’ll come up with a race strategy that will have you confident and excited at the start line.
